The Mayor's Office administers and enforces City Ordinances, Orders and Statutes and makes and executes all Bonds, Notes and Contracts. Therefore all Legal Notices, Bid Requests or Personnel Appointments are handled by the Mayor's Office.
The assistant to the Mayor is the Office Manager/Zoning Administrator which administers and enforces the Zoning Ordinance. Williamstown Zoning Permit Applications are submitted to this office. The Zoning Administrator reviews applications, advises applicants, determines compliance and maintains records on issues related to City Zoning.
The Administrative Secretary/Computer User-Support Tech designs and maintains the City's websites and internal information systems. They also maintain all social media outlets.
