 152.01  ADOPTION BY REFERENCE.
 
 The City Council does adopt by reference to their respective titles only the following documents, each of which shall constitute an ordinance of the city:

 (A) The Grant County Comprehensive Plan dated 1978, a copy of which, attested by the Mayor and Clerk/Treasurer, shall be retained in the office of the City Clerk/Treasurer;

 (B) The Grant County Land Use Map as amended by action of the Planning Commission of Grant County, Kentucky at its meeting of June 23, 1980, an attested copy of which shall be retained in the office of the City Clerk/Treasurer;

 (D) The Zoning Map of the city as approved by the Planning Commission of Grant County, Kentucky, at its meeting of June 13, 1980, and as later amended, a copy of which map, suitably attested, shall be retained in the office of the City Clerk/Treasurer. Amendments are as provided by Resolution ZONING CODE 10  listed and adopted 7-7-80 and by the ordinances set forth in Table VIII of the Tables of Special Ordinances; (Ord.80-199, passed 7-7-80; Am.  (E) The ordinance (Ord. 1991-323, passed 11-4-91) relating to the establishment of fees to be charged by the Planning Commission of Grant County, as approved by the City Council in its meeting of November 4, 1991.

 
152.02  EXAMINATION OF DOCUMENTS.
 
 Each of the documents described in § 152.01 may be examined and copied at the office of the City Clerk/Treasurer during the regular business hours of that office, without charge.
